Education

In 1993, he graduated from the Faculty of History of Vilnius University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in History.

In 1994, he graduated from the Faculty of Specialist Development of Vilnius University, obtaining an investigator's specialization.

In 2000, he graduated from the law study program at Vilnius University, obtaining a lawyer's qualification.

Work experience

1994–1995 – Intern at the Investigation Department of the Šiauliai City District Prosecutor's Office.

1995–1996 – Investigator at the Investigation Department of Crimes against the State Service, Administrative Order and Public Security of the Šiauliai City District Prosecutor's Office.

1996–1999 – Prosecutor at the Investigation Department of Crimes against the State Service, Administrative Order and Public Security of the Šiauliai City District Prosecutor's Office.

1999–2002 – Prosecutor at the Investigation Department of Organized Crime and Corruption of the Šiauliai Regional Prosecutor's Office.

2002–2004 – Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Investigation Department of Organized Crime and Corruption of the Šiauliai Regional Prosecutor's Office.

2004–2015 – Chief Prosecutor of the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Department of the Šiauliai Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

On February 10, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Lithuania.
