Education

In 1990 graduated from the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University.

Work experience

1990–1994 – service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, investigator, senior investigator, senior investigator of particularly important cases of the Vilnius City Investigation Service, head of the department.

1994–1995 – investigator of particularly important cases of the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Lithuania.

1995–2001 – prosecutor of the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Lithuania.

2001–2021 – prosecutor of the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Lithuania.

2021–2026 – Chief Prosecutor of the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Lithuania.

On February 10, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Lithuania.
