 Wife Jūratė Radišauskienė is a Prosecutor of the Department of Criminal Prosecutions of  the  Prosecutor General’s Office, works within the Prosecution Service since 20 February 2001.

 

Competence of the Deputy Prosecutor General:

  • supervises the activities of the Department of the Organized Crime and Corruption  Investigation, the activities of the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Divisions of Regional Prosecutor’s Offices;
  • represents the Prosecution Service in state authorities and other institutions based on the competence.

 

  • In the absence of the Prosecutor General:
  • heads the Prosecution Service of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • supervises the activities of the Division of Law and Personnel, Division of Internal Investigations, Division of Internal Audit, Secretariat of the Prosecutor General, Communication Division at the Prosecutor General’s Office and public relations activities of territorial Prosecutor’s Offices;
  • represents the Prosecution Service in state authorities and other institutions.
